I was looking through Rene Magritte's work and couldn't get over how much I enjoyed "C'est ne pas une pipe". I thought I'd pay homage to that while adding to the concept using a conflicting trompe l'oeil message that kind of reads as "This is paper, but it's not the paper you're seeing." Not to convolute how simple this was...
TL;DR: I drew wrinkles onto paper.
